Marco shares Mirabelle – trained at the Royal Ballet School – with Matilde Conejero.

The former couple was married between 2000 and 2012 and had three children, sons Marco White Jr. and Luciano, and daughter Mirabelle.

Last year it was reported that Mirabelle is shelving her ambitions to become a dancer and would join the family business.

Fiery chef Marco told Richard Eden in November that the young star owns a hotel in Bath that was due to open in two years.

“I told her to enjoy the staff but not get too close to them because they are abusive,” he had said.

It comes after Michelin star chef White paid tribute to the late Jock Zonfrillo after receiving online criticism for his silence following the MasterChef star’s death.

Zonfrillo was found dead on April 30 by Victoria Police at an address in the Melbourne suburb of Carlton. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

He previously credited British chef White with saving his life, having given him a job and shelter when he was a homeless heroin addict in London in the 1990s.

Speaking on The Project, White reflected, “Jock came to me when he was 17 years old. His enthusiasm was greater than his knowledge.

“But it was that enthusiasm that drove him, fueled perhaps by his fear of failure, by his insecurities—which I could identify with.”

“There are few chefs with an inquisitive mind, an intellectual mind and a creative mind. That makes him special, that makes him rare.’

He added: “He will be greatly missed…he was a star in the truest sense of the word which is why he has my vote to be one of the great chefs of the 21st century.” He was special. He was rare.’
