Marilyn Manson is being sued for allegedly grooming and assaulting an underage girl multiple times in the 1990s, according to a new lawsuit.
The 54-year-old singer was sued and accused of sexual misconduct around 2010.
Manson is listed as a defendant along with his former labels Interscope and Nothing Records, and is filed anonymously by the plaintiff.
This is the first lawsuit against the singer, focused on a sexual offense that took place at the beginning of his career.

The lawsuit includes charges of sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress against Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner.
It was filed in Nassau County Supreme Court on Long Island, with negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress against the labels.
Court documents claim that Manson invited his alleged victim on his tour bus in 1995 after a concert in Dallas.
She was 16 at the time and was invited in with one of the ‘other younger girls’ who had waited for him, with Manson asking her age, grade level, and noting down their addresses and phone numbers.
The lawsuit states: “While on the tour bus, defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct on plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including, but not limited to, forced intercourse and vaginal penetration.”
He also claims that one of the gang members saw Manson assault the victim, adding that she was “hurt, scared, upset, humiliated and confused.”
She claims Manson then demanded she “get the shit out” of the bus and threatened to “kill her and her family” if she told anyone.
A team member reportedly gave him a gang number and password so he could meet Manson again, and he began using drugs and alcohol shortly after the assault.
Court documents say she continued to use substances in the years that followed, with Manson calling her and chatting online while asking for explicit photos of her and her friends.
