Thomas Kriaras has responded to rumors he has rekindled his romance with Rozz Darlington after they shared cozy snaps together.

The British stars of Married At First Sight became fan favorites on this year's show as they went from strength to strength during the two months they were dating.

But they were having a hard time in the real world and meeting each other's families, and Rozz began to have doubts before writing “leave” during the final commitment ceremony.

During the reunion show, Thomas admitted he still had feelings for Rozz, and the pair have since spoken about how they have remained good friends since the show.

And Thomas has now responded to rumors they have rekindled their romance after posting a number of cozy snaps together in a joint Instagram post on Friday.

They shared a slew of photos of them getting very close as they enjoyed a night out at the theater watching The Time Travelers Wife with Rozz's parents.

The post was quickly flooded with a flood of comments from eager fans sharing their hopes that the pair were back together, but Thomas denied this speculation.

Emphasizing that they are “just friends,” he responded to fans in the comments: “Even though you all say it with the best intentions, Rozz and I are just friends! We're happy where we are.'

Excited Instagram users flocked to the comments to share their hopes, with one writing: 'I hope these get back together too, I love them both.'

Another said: “Please get back together,” while a third added: “I'm still absolutely rooting for you two to get back together.”

Thomas and Rozz had shared photos of their evening together at the Apollo Theater with Rozz's parents in a joint post.

In the photos, Rozz and Thomas looked very close as they smiled and laughed together during dinner, before grinning for cozy selfies.

They also shared a moment together with Rozz's parents when the florist took Thomas to see the play with her and her family.

It comes after the exes recently opened up about how they struggled in the real world and meeting each other's families, leaving Rozz in doubt.

Speak with new! magazine, Thomas recently explained how Rozz found it difficult to return to her own home with him on the show because it was the home she shared with her ex-boyfriend.

Thomas said: “For Rozz, when we got to her house it all dawned on her, her ex partner's mail was in the house, it was the first time a man had ever been in bed with her other than her ex . '

He said it felt like the “ghostly” relationship from her past and insisted he understood how Rozz felt as he said they are on good terms after the breakup.

Despite her struggles, Rozz admitted she wouldn't change going on the E4 show as she was excited about meeting Thomas, insisting they will remain a part of each other's lives despite their split.

During the reunion show, the pair were reduced to tears as they spoke about their relationship with the dating experts.

Rozz was asked by the experts why she decided to “run away” and break things off with Thomas at the end of the experiment.
