The 27-year-old model and marketing director hit the Grounds of Alexandria restaurant in a revealing leather minidress and stiletto heels.
Her daring gown featured floral detailing at the neckline and split panels at the front, exposing half of her chest to her belly button.
Evelyn, who has been dubbed the ‘sexiest girlfriend’ of this year’s season, risked a wardrobe malfunction by going braless for the occasion.
She also showed off her rarely seen thigh tattoo.

The former Big Brother UK star accessorized with a chunky gold bracelet and carried a designer clutch to match her striking dress.
The event, which was styled to resemble one of the famous MAFS dinner parties, featured several brides and grooms from last season, including Duncan James, Melinda Willis, Layton Mills, and Harrison Boon.
They were also joined by lovebirds Ollie Skelton and Tahnee Cook, as well as Janelle Han, Claire Nomarhas, and Sandy Jawanda.
The event, which was designed to look like one of the famous MAFS dinner parties, featured several brides and grooms from last season, including Melinda Willis and Layton Mills.
Ollie Skelton looked every inch a gentleman as he handed Tahnee Cook an umbrella.
Notable absentees included girlfriends Bronte Schofield and Lyndall Grace, who live in Perth, as well as Janelle’s ex-husband Adam Seed.
Evelyn’s TV husband, Rupert Budgen, was also nowhere to be found, fueling rumors that the couple are no longer together after the final vows.
The couple were not in a good place at the final dinner of Wednesday’s episode.
While Evelyn said that her feelings for Rupert had grown, she revealed during the honesty box challenge that he “sometimes says the wrong things”.
TikTok star Janelle Han turned heads in an off-the-shoulder yellow dress.
Duncan James looked stylish in an animal print shirt, which he paired with a blazer and jeans.
Proud villain Harrison Boon opted for an all-black ensemble with white shoes.
He also said that the Queensland electrician could put more effort into the relationship.
“It took you seven weeks to take me on a date and I don’t think that’s enough effort,” he said.
Rupert defended himself by saying that his lack of effort was because his wife had shown no interest in him, but she rejected this argument, saying that they had been intimate during the experiment.
Strangely, Rupert later said that a woman having sex with him is not an obvious enough sign that she is interested in him.
It remains to be seen what decision the couple makes in the next perpetual vows.
