Kyle Richards’ ex Mauricio Umansky was spotted with a beautiful blonde woman in Aspen, Colorado this week.
The lady is a model named Klaudia K, who is half his age.
The two were dressed casually as they cuddled outside Matsuhisa Japanese restaurant in the snowy city.
The pair looked like lovebirds in love as they happily played tourists at the ski resort he visited every year with his family.
Previously Mauricio and Klaudia – who’s there One model management – were seen shopping at a hat shop called Kemo Sabe. She also shared photos on Instagram of The Pink Pussycat in Aspen, suggesting they were hanging out there.
This comes after his ex Kyle accused the 54-year-old real estate agency owner of having a midlife crisis.
Mauricio was last in a relationship with Nikita Kahn.

Klaudia, 6 feet tall, wore a black top and wide-leg jeans.
Mauricio looked dressed for the outdoors in a flannel shirt over a white T-shirt and slacks, but without a jacket.
They were seen arm in arm and then got close before she went for a kiss with the reality TV star.
Kyle, who split from Mauricio in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, is a fan of Kemo Sabe, the hat shop where Mauricio and Klaudia were spotted.
She played Kemo Sabe on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and even gifted Rihanna a $900 hat there during a chance meeting.
Kyle doesn’t seem to be happy with her ex. She said: ‘I would say this to his face – which I actually did – but as I watched him navigate this situation, there were times when I thought, ‘Oh, this is having a major midlife crisis.’
“All the way down to a car he bought for our house in Aspen that I just call the ‘midlife crisis mobile.’
Erika Jayne told her she hoped he hadn’t bought a fast sports car, given the snow conditions in Aspen.
Kyle replied, “It’s just a big monster truck where the outside looks like rough sandpaper and it has big wheels.
‘It looks like a monster coming through town. It’s not something you see everywhere and everyone stares and you say ‘oh god’.”
Mauricio’s outing comes after a devastating detail about his and Kyle’s controversial split surfaced on a recent RHOBH episode.
