Del Busso and Katarina stepped into the ring in the Pretender to Contender: Winner Takes All match at the Melbourne Pavilion, with Del Busso prevailing via unanimous decision after three rounds.

The fight came months after the model claimed she was ‘dropped’ from her previous debut match last December.

Del Busso was initially scheduled to make her boxing debut on December 22, 2021, against English model Kate McLaren at the No Limit event in Sydney, on the same card headlined by Paul Gallen’s fight against Darcy Lussick.

However, she was ultimately removed from the event due to weight issues, as opposed to the “severe backlash” over her “dubious past” as initially rumored.
