Kim Zolciak’s son Kroy Biermann Jr. has been indicted on multiple charges, including aggravated child molestation, after being accused of sexual assault by a female classmate.
The 15-year-old was indicted Thursday by a Georgia grand jury on seven charges: aggravated child abuse, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment, aaccording to TMZ.
It comes shortly after his lawyer tried to charge Biermann Jr. on Wednesday afternoon. to be released on bail.
His attorneys have filed documents arguing that the teen is not a flight risk and that his strong academic and athletic record is evidence of his good character.
The lawyer said Biermann Jr. “is a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic performance,” in addition to receiving college scholarships for his athletic prowess.
They also point out that Biermann Jr. never fled the state, despite being aware of the charges against him in April, and also submitting to polygraph tests.

The lawyer also asks that the proceedings be kept confidential because both Biermann Jr. when his alleged victims are minors, and because of the public interest in the case due to Zolciak’s fame as a reality TV star.
Zolciak has already publicly hit back at allegations that her son assaulted a female classmate after he was arrested last month for the alleged April 23 crime.
According to Fulton County Juvenile Court papers obtained by the Daily Mail, the alleged victim said she was at the gym when she saw Biermann Jr. saw, and claimed that he had suggested going to a mixed sauna.
According to the documents, to get to the sauna they had to walk through a family locker room, where the alleged incident took place.
The girl claimed that Biermann Jr. started touching her and she said no.
She then alleged that he forced her to perform oral sex on him and allegedly “attempted to have intercourse with her several times by attempting to pull down her pants.”
She claimed that when she “finally managed to get away from him… he pulled up his pants and left.”
Zolciak, 48, branded the allegations “reckless and deeply disturbing” in a statement to the Daily Mail, saying: “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she alleges.

“My son voluntarily took a polygraph exam regarding these allegations and passed,” she alleged.
‘In addition, an investigation was conducted and no DNA from my son was found.’
“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will prove the truth, and we ask that people allow due process to take place rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
According to documents, on April 24, 2026, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital for a reported assault.
Police said the alleged victim and her father claimed the incident took place the day before at a nearby gym.
The alleged victim was examined at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia on April 24 and no evidence of male DNA was found in her mouth or vagina, according to the report.
Biermann Jr. is being held without bond in Fulton County Juvenile Court.
His lawyer Jason Sheffield previously told the Daily Mail: ‘My client is 100 percent innocent and attempted to present evidence to the arresting officer, including an approved polygraph from a notable and respected sex offender polygraph.

“The fact that he has been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy. Not only is he presumed innocent, he is actually innocent.
“I will work tirelessly to demonstrate to the District Attorney’s Office the petty nature of these false allegations and to bring this case to a close as quickly as possible. I ask the public not to assume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy.”
In June, Zolciak, 48, who was embroiled in a bitter child custody feud and divorced from estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 40, celebrated Biermann Jr.’s 15th birthday.

Zolciak focused on her older sons’ achievements just two weeks after she alleged in her bitter custody case that her children heard her estranged ex-husband Biermann having sex with multiple partners.
In her post celebrating Biermann Jr.’s birthday. Zolciak shared a barrage of photos showing his growth from her little boy to high school football star.
“Congratulations to the most incredible son @kjbiermann. I had no idea what was missing from my life until you arrived,” she began her caption.
“You have changed me in ways I could never fully describe. You taught me strength, compassion, patience and what the mother-son bond really means,” she continued.
“You are my heart walking outside my body, and every day you amaze me.”
