Katie Price has unveiled a striking new addition to her ever-growing body art collection – a huge flower tattoo at the top of her thigh.

The former glamor model, 48, revealed on Thursday that the striking design has a deeply personal meaning that symbolizes new beginnings.

She has said that the intricate flowers make a dramatic statement across her thigh stand for ‘growth, innovation and leaving the past behind’.

Her “new beginnings” tattoo comes shortly after she shared a cryptic post about being “hurt” and “hard times” amid her ongoing marital drama with husband Lee Andrews.

Since tying the knot in January after a whirlwind romance, Katie’s marriage has been plagued with drama, including Lee’s prison sentence, kidnapping, his various lies and accusations of scamming his exes.

And while Katie has continued to publicly support him, with the former glamor model recently pictured wearing her wedding ring, it seems things have taken their toll as she declared she had ‘survived’ some tough times.

On Instagram on Sunday, Katie shared a photo of a model reading a newspaper, with the words on the newspaper: ‘My side of the story doesn’t matter anymore.

“Life happened, it hurt, I healed, but most importantly, I learned who deserves a seat at my table and who will never sit at it again.”

She then aptly wrote the words “I survived” over another quote, which read: “I will never forget who helped me in hard times, who brought me to hard times and who left me in hard times.”

And while Katie didn’t specify who or what she was referring to, her words suggested that things were not going well in her personal life.

It comes as Katie’s husband Lee, 43, is thought to remain in jail despite reports he was released last month.

The conman-turned-businessman is said to have been released in July after his second stint in Dubai’s Al Awir prison after being hit with fraud claims.

It is now claimed that Lee was never released, with sources reporting that his prisoners are ‘fed up with his constant lies’.

The sun claims Lee has told his inmates that his departure papers are “sorted” each week, but each new week he remains in prison.

Meanwhile, Katie appears to be following her man’s lead as she recently put her wedding ring back on in an Instagram selfie.

Since tying the knot to the controversial businessman in January after a whirlwind romance, Katie’s marriage to Lee has been plagued with drama.

The TV personality also showed off her ‘Owned By Lee’ tattoo as she posed in a barely-there bikini.

Katie previously vowed to hold her husband accountable for ‘hurting other people’.

In her podcast, Katie said: ‘Actually, I’m going to get Ben [the producer of Katie’s podcast] to interview him and Ben is going to dive deep into it and I want to hear everything and it’s too much and I don’t like people hurting people.

‘That’s all I’ll say about it. I haven’t put anything online, so this is the first time you’ve heard it.’

Lee was taken by police to Lahab police station in the Dubai desert on July 10 He is trying to raise a £120,000 fine.

It is thought Katie has finally reached ‘the end of her tether’ with her husband, with friends urging her to finally ‘leave’ him.

A source said: ‘Both Lee and his father are now behind bars in the same prison. Lee maintains his innocence and hopes to pay off his outstanding debts and get out of that hellhole as quickly as possible.’

‘He is trying to raise the collateral to get him out of the country and back to Britain where he hopes to start his life again.’

‘Whether poor Katie will greet him on the other side remains to be seen. Right now she’s furious about it and fed up with all the drama and white noise her husband brings. Friends urge her to leave him.”
