The Australian architect, 31, took a surprisingly conservative turn with her attire, ditching her signature exposed look for a sleek, long-sleeved black catsuit.
Censori paired the look with knee-high black boots as she took the girls for a day of shopping at the mall.
Chicago, eight, paired with her cousin, nine, in a white tank top and gray sweatpants.
West, 49, shares Chicago, daughter North, 13, and sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, seven, with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, 45. Dream is the daughter of Kardashian’s brother Rob, and his ex Blac Chyna.
The rapper appeared to skip the outing, leaving Censori to handle stepmom duties solo.

Kardashian showed off her toned midriff in a skimpy pink Gucci bikini top and white shorts, while Hamilton wrapped an arm around her waist from behind.
Other photos showed the Kardashian kids enjoying the holiday, including a video of the SKIMS and Chicago founder as they went surfing together.
The driver and Kardashian announced their romance earlier this year and have since spent a lot of time with each other’s families.
Earlier this summer, the sports star went on a trip on the lake with his girlfriend and her large family.
