Jake Gyllenhaal is seen filming Presumed Innocent in Los Angeles… amid Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky’s claims it made her cry

Jake Gyllenhaal was seen on the set of his upcoming AppleTV+ series Presumed Innocent in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 42-year-old Brokeback Mountain star plays attorney Rusty Sabich, who is suspected of murdering a close colleague. The evidence seems to point to him.

The courtroom thriller is based on Scott Turow’s book of the same name, which was also a 1990 film starring Harrison Ford.

The Spider-Man actor looked like a lawyer in a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. He was also wearing a black trench coat with an open collar.

The latest snaps from the set of the legal drama come amid news that the Donnie Darko star brought former bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky, 38, to tears.

During an appearance at the Women on Top Podcast on Wednesday, host Roxy Manning asked him if he’s ever had bad experiences interviewing celebrities on the red carpet.

“Sorry Jake Gyllenhaal, I’m going to talk to you about Tylor Swift right now,” Ali said, referring to the fact that Swift wrote All Too Well about her relationship with the South Paw star.

‘Jake Gyllenhaal shows up on the red carpet, my first red carpet for E! News. I’m like “I’m going to kill him. I’m going to be so good.” I practiced. I rehearsed my questions. I was so ready to go,’ he recalled.

‘He walks over, I’m shaking in my heels, which, I’m horrible in heels – “Hey Jake, who did you bring tonight?” Like, for a date, like, who’s your date tonight?” she said.

“He says, ‘bye,’ and walked away from me,” she added.

Ali immediately started crying, thinking that she was going to lose her job.

But he soon realized that the Prisoners actor did the same thing to the next reporter he encountered.

He has been dating French model Jeanne Cadieu, 26, since late 2018 and has hinted that he is ready to settle down.

“That’s all I want is to be a good husband and father,” he told Howard Stern. ‘That’s really what I want and now that I’ve accomplished a lot of things in my career that I’m comfortable with, I can say that for sure.

‘I don’t know if I could have said that before.’
