Jaime Pressly was reportedly asked to leave the swanky five-star hotel she was staying in after she ’caused a commotion’ and ‘appeared to be under the influence’.
According to TMZThe My Name Is Earl actress, 49, was at the Signia by Hilton San Jose last Thursday, where she was reportedly seen “talking loudly on her phone” while “dropping F-bombs and drinking alcohol” at the hotel lobby bar.
The outlet reports that an audience member complained to staff about Pressly’s behavior and two security guards came by to investigate the situation.
Witnesses claim the mother-of-three, who made headlines in May when she joined OnlyFans, “initially ignored” the security guards and even raised her finger at them as she continued talking on the phone.
Pressly then allegedly approached a nearby woman and “touched her arm” while “complaining” about the guards, before one of the guards intervened and told her, “we’re done.”
After taking a cigarette break outside, Pressly reportedly returned to the bar for another drink before security eventually escorted her away.

However, a separate source tells TMZ that Pressly “left on his own.”
After the incident, Pressly canceled a scheduled appearance at GalaxyCon San Jose.
Daily Mail has contacted Pressly’s management, attorney and Hilton Hotels for comment.
When reached, a spokesperson for Signia by Hilton San Jose said, “Given our privacy commitments, we are unable to provide any information.”
It comes just months after the Emmy-winning actress recently joined raunchy subscription site OnlyFans.
“If you’ve ever wondered what I’m really like when the script ends, get closer,” she teased in May, adding that she planned to provide subscribers with “spicy and wild” content.
“This is another way for me to connect directly with my audience, on my own terms, with creativity and intention,” Pressly told Variety in a statement.
“I enjoyed meeting fans at various Comic Cons, and the excitement of having those real face-to-face moments made me look for options like OnlyFans.”

Pressly was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh from 2009 to 2011.
In 2017, she welcomed twins with her longtime boyfriend Hamzi Hijazi. She already has a son from a previous relationship.
