I’ve had a finger chopped off to look like an alien devil

A father dubbed “the world’s most modified man” thanks to his unique appearance has revealed his latest transformation: cutting off his index finger to resemble an alien demon.

Marcelo ‘B-Boy’ De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inklings and invasive body modifications, including fanged metal teeth, skin implants, and a split tongue.

Over the years, he has spent some £29,000 on his transformation to look like an “alien devil” and believes 98 per cent of his body has been altered.

Earlier, he revealed his latest procedure, splitting his hand in half, which he claims is a ‘world first’.

Now, in an attempt to continue his transformation, he recently underwent another modification to improve his unique hand: removing one of his index fingers.

“I’m making a new modification that doesn’t exist in the world yet,” explained Marcelo, an artist from São Paulo, Brazil.

‘I was already researching body modifications in the world and from what I saw, no one has done a similar one yet.

“After how I did my hand recently, I found it interesting to do the other one in a different format, which I hope looks like an alien hand.

‘[I got] the inspiration after looking at a picture of the hand and wanted to finish mine perfectly so it looks natural, like I was born with it in this format.’

Marcelo, who has 1,500 tattoos, says the procedure was carefully scrutinized for two weeks before surgery, with the index finger carefully cut off at the knuckle.

Because the process was quick and easy, he rated the pain only a six out of ten, but says the first five days were very painful.

Now, he is almost healed and is starting to get used to his new ‘claw’.

He said: ‘I’m getting used to it and I can move my hand normally.

‘I manage to do everything as usual, like writing, tattooing and playing the violin.

‘People have already seen my hand and thought it was interesting, but have said they don’t have the courage to do it.

“I am happy with what I have done and my family will not stop me because they know that I work on my body and my appearance.”

Marcelo, who has two children, Aleff Ryan, 10, and Hilary Beatriz, 20, as well as a four-year-old grandson, says the procedure didn’t cost him a penny.

Previously, she revealed the reactions she receives from the general public about her controversial look, which are mostly positive.

Marcelo added: ‘I always turn heads wherever I go and people are always curious if (the mods) are real.

“They take photos and make videos of me.

“People are delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos.”

People often wonder if Marcelo’s eyeball tattoos were the most painful, but he admits that having his ears painted green and black was the worst.

“At the time I did it, it didn’t hurt because of the anesthesia, but as soon as the anesthesia wore off, it burned for a few days,” he said.
