Heidi Klum has sparked frantic rumors that she’s had plastic surgery after a side-by-side comparison of her five-year difference went viral.
Popular Instagram account CelebFace shared then-and-now photos of a slew of celebrities to compare their appearances at the 2018 and 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars parties.
Among the famous faces scrutinized were Kylie Jenner, Naomi Campbell, and Gigi Hadid.
But the star that caused the most stir was 49-year-old Klum, who fans say is “aging backwards.”

In the gallery, which has received more than 31,000 likes to date, Heidi Klum’s comparison was the most striking.
The first photo, taken in 2018, showed the then 44-year-old beaming at the camera in a yellow satin off-the-shoulder number with her hair worn straight over her shoulder.
In the second photo, taken earlier this month, Klum was radiating glamor as she arrived for the star-studded event.
Although she hid her forehead behind a full fringe, it was her smooth face and toned complexion that caused the most commotion.
Dozens of social media users were quick to flood the post with praise for the model’s enduring youthfulness.
One of them wrote, “How on earth did Heidi Klum manage to age herself? Looks iconic.’
Another joked, “Who sacrificed Heidi because she looks younger than everyone else.”
And a third simply commented, “Heidi looks so much younger now.”

However, there were many who thought there was something more artificial behind her flawless looks.
One speculated, “Dang, I didn’t know Heidi Klum was getting a facelift.”
Another added, “Heidi Klum has an EXCELLENT surgeon.”
Someone else wrote, “I want to know what Heidi Klum did.”
Klum has often spoken of speculation that she had gone under the knife, but has publicly denied that she had any procedures done on any part of her face or body.

“I don’t want to name names, but it’s like ‘wow, I remember five years ago you looked at me so beautifully, and now it’s like… who is this person?’
“And I know girls half my age who do it. What are they going to do at 40 or 50, when the s**t really hits the fan?’
And the mother-of-four later echoed her claims when she said she’s not as afraid of getting older as she is of going under the knife.
“Botox or bangs,” she told Access Hollywood Live. “I’m going for bangs.”
Klum continued, “I’m afraid all of a sudden you change too much, your face starts to change.
“I would find it hard to look in the mirror and see something I’m not used to seeing. I’d be scared!’
