Gemma Chan exudes elegance in a sophisticated black evening dress and knee-high boots

Paris Fashion Week may be over, but Gemma Chan was clearly not done with the glamorous French city when she stepped out with boyfriend Dominic Cooper on Tuesday.

The actress looked stunning in a thigh-high evening gown and matching black leather boots as she left her hotel with Cooper for a dinner date.

Chan, 39, added to her look with an embossed Louis Vuitton handbag, while her hair was pulled loosely in a bun, drawing more attention to her subtly proportioned features.

Together with his girlfriend Cooper, 44, he looked equally stylish in a Louis Vuitton suit adorned with the iconic logo of the French fashion brand.

A more sophisticated look took on a casual look, with the English actor opting for Nike sneakers rather than a more conventional pair of dress shoes.

The pair went out for dinner the night after Chan’s appearance on the L’Oréal catwalk during the cosmetic brand’s latest Paris Fashion Week presentation on Monday.

Models such as Camille Emilie Razat, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Eva Longoria and Soo Joo Park strolled the catwalk with the actress, blowing kisses and twirling for photographers.

Part of the L’Oréal group, which also owns Maybelline and Lancome, the label is in the accessible luxury range and sells products from shampoo to more advanced skin treatments, for a price of around 2.50 euros to about 35 euros.

The public was invited to the event, which was also featured on digital channels including Instagram, where it has 10 million followers, and TikTok.

Chan’s appearance at the biennial fashion week followed a difficult promotional campaign for her new film, the Olivia Wilde directed Don’t Worry Darling.

The actress will play Shelley in the psychological thriller alongside Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Chris Pine and Wilde – whose romance with Styles began off-screen during production in Los Angeles.

Set in the 1950s, the film follows Alice and Jack Chambers, a young couple who move to a company-run town paid for by the Victory Project.

However, the promotional campaign has been clouded by a series of reported breaks.

Pugh has barely promoted the film, following rumors that she clashed on set with director Olivia Wilde amid her newfound romance with Harry Styles.

The Venice premiere also made headlines when some claimed that Harry Styles actually spit on Chris Pine while he was sitting at the premiere, which was later denied.

Chan is expected to star next year in the new Apple TV Plus series Extrapolations, a new TV series about climate change from writer Scott Z. Burns.
