The TV star, who has spoken out about his years-long battle with addiction, appears to be in much better health these days, but he still smokes heavily, as evidenced by his heavily smeared orange index finger seen during Monday’s outing.

In his book, the Friends star laid bare the pinnacle of his terrible battle with drug and alcohol addiction, which nearly cost him his life.

He revealed that his colon ruptured as a result of his opioid addiction when he was 49.

The doctors gave him only a two percent chance of survival and he was in a coma for two weeks, followed by another months in the hospital.

Perry required 14 surgeries to repair all of the abdominal damage, and he admitted to going to rehab 15 times over the years in hopes of kicking his drug addiction.

At one point during his Friends career, he admits that he took 55 Vicodin a day and lost only 128 pounds, yet “he didn’t know how to quit.”

He even revealed that he would go to open houses – not because he was interested in buying real estate, but to see if he could steal drugs from medicine cabinets.

His book also raised some eyebrows when he appeared to have slammed Hollywood heartthrob Keanu Reeves.

Perry wondered if actors like Reeves were “still walking around among us” when peers like River Phoenix and Chris Farley had died prematurely.

Perry wrote, “River was a beautiful man inside and out—too beautiful for this world, it turned out.

The actor, who played Chandler Bing on the NBC hit Friends, recently published his bestselling memoir Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing, in which he opened up about his extensive history with drug addiction.

“It always seems to be the really talented guys that go down. How is it that original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger are dying, while Keanu Reeves is still walking among us?’

Perry made a second reference to Reeves when reflecting on Chris Farley’s fatal overdose in December 1997.

He apologized amid backlash over the comments.

An avid car enthusiast, Perry also has a growing collection of luxury sports cars. Most recently, he cruised Los Angeles in a $114,000 custom Porsche.

The new set of wheels adds to his list of impressive rides, which include a Porsche Panamera, Audi R8, BMW 6 Series and Lincoln Navigator.

He also owns a $145,172 Aston Martin Vantage V8 Roadster and has been driven around.
