Cooler temperatures spreads across Europe have been a welcome break from the scorching summer and intense heat waves that have dominated the news in recent weeks.
But for some, the drama isn’t quite over yet.
Heat warnings have been issued for this weekend Spainwith temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees Celsius in some regions.
Parts of Mallorca will see temperatures of 30ºC (86F) and above, while reports indicate weather above 40ºC (104F) will occur. part of mainland Spain affected.
Much of the country is currently under a yellow heat alert, indicating severe temperatures.
Therefore, tourists should be aware of the dramatic temperatures and take precautions to stay out of the sun during peak hours.

Spanish weather agency AEMET said an episode of unusually warm weather for early September would occur from Thursday and would likely last into the weekend, with temperatures rising well above seasonal norms.
Maximum temperatures are expected to exceed 35 degrees Celsius in much of inland Spain, accompanied by widespread tropical nights with temperatures remaining above 20 degrees Celsius.
The Mallorca Daily Bulletin has reported some regions with high temperatures.
In Alcudia, humidity will reach 50 percent, and temperatures will reach 32°C tomorrow, 33°C on Sunday and 32°C on Monday.
Meanwhile, Binissalem will reach 37C (99F) tomorrow, Sunday and Monday.
As for Porreres, Saturday will see temperatures of up to 38 degrees Celsius, with the same heat expected until Monday.
It comes after a spate of heatwaves hit the country over the summer.

The highest number of deaths in August was recorded in Catalonia’s northeastern region, at 1,164, the data showed. followed by the regions of Valencia and Andalusia, with 227 and 138 deaths respectively.
