Danniella is one of a number of celebrity guests, including Kaye Adams, who joins Vanessa on her podcast after her Channel 5 daytime show was axed.
This was announced in June Bosses ‘blindsided’ the presenter when they made the decision to ax her chat show after just a year on the air.
A determined Vanessa told viewers in her final episode last month that she is ‘not going to hide under a rock’.
The star then announced her new social media show, which will be filmed at her home with her friends.
Meanwhile, Danniella’s most recent surgery addressed her cleft lip after previously revealing it was ‘so far above’ [her face] now’ and pulled in the wrong direction.
The goal of the treatment was to restore and improve her facial features after years of well-documented health and reconstructive challenges.
The television personality has been open about her medical problems over the years, regularly documenting her progress as she continues a series of specialist procedures designed to rebuild her appearance.
Daniella previously revealed on Vanessa Feltz‘S Channel 5 she will undergo six more procedures over the course of 18 months before her face is fully recovered.

Earlier this year, in March, Danniella flew to Dubai for a full face, neck and brow lift, as well as lip and nose reconstruction.
While proudly showing off the results of her new look, the actress confirmed in her recent interview that she will soon undergo another surgery to have a metal cheekbone implanted in her face.
She said: ‘I’ve had numerous operations, I’m currently coming up on operation number six, so it’s quite scary.
‘Since I got older, osteoporosis has taken hold in my bones. So on this side of my face I have no bone at all.
“So they have to rebuild all my bones. Right now it’s filler, but they really need to make a metal bone. It must be placed in there.
“So I’m going to have to make a metal cheekbone here at some point and connect it to something further down the road where the bone isn’t corroding.”
Danniella underwent facial reconstruction at Gargash Hospital in the UAE.
She said at the time: ‘I still have three more nose operations to go. So we are already over half way. The facelift really changed me and gave me back my self-confidence.’
The surgery was a huge milestone for Danniella, who struggled with a collapsed septum after years of drug abuse.
Danniella used surgeon Dr. Parviz Sadigh, who has operated on her in the past and has now made the final attempt to rebuild her face.
The TV personality found fame in EastEnders at the age of 16, but due to her cocaine use, producers were forced to terminate her contract and she was written out of the soap in 1996.
