Daisy Ridley puts on a leggy display in tailored shorts as she rocks a stylish power suit for screening of Sometimes I Think About Dying

Daisy Ridley cut a trendy figure as she attended the London screening of Sometimes I Think About Dying at Picturehouse Central on Friday evening.

The actress, 31, showed off her incredible figure as she wowed in a trendy powersuit combination with silver patterns across her chest.

The star showed off her leggy figure in a pair of tailored shorts, which she teamed with the V-neck blazer and chunky black trainers.

Daisy secured her brunette locks with a black ribbon and accessorized her look with some beautiful silver earrings that covered the full length of her ear.

Daisy, who plays the socially awkward Fran in the film, was also joined by director Rachel Lambert as they posed for snaps together.

Sometimes I Think of Dying follows a lonely and socially awkward woman Fran (Daisy) who tries to connect with a friendly new colleague who takes her on a date.

The film’s other leads include Parvesh Cheena, Marcia DeBonis, Meg Stalter and Brittany O’Grady.

It is based on Armento’s 2013 play Killers, and a short film directed and co-written by Horowitz was released in 2019.

The synopsis reads: “Fran is a socially awkward office worker who spends most of her time in isolation and daydreams about her own death, when a new colleague bursts the bubble of her own isolation.”

After attending the screening, which also included a Q&A from Daisy and Rachel, the star took to her Instagram Story as she thanked fans for taking part.

Last month, Daisy was seen flying away Perth Airport with her husband Tom Bateman after filming her new thriller movie in Albany.

She had shot scenes for upcoming zombie film We Bury The Dead in Western Australia, amid five weeks of busy production.

We Bury The Dead follows Ava (Daisy), a desperate woman trying to find her missing husband in the aftermath of a catastrophic military experiment.

According to reportsAva joins a body retrieval unit in hopes of finding him alive, but her search takes a terrifying turn when corpses begin to show signs of life.

No release date has yet been confirmed for the drama-packed survival film.

Amid her busy filming schedule, Daisy also recently worked with her husband Tom on her new film Magpie.

She gave insight into what it was like working with her husband on the film, which was written by Tom and released on March 9.

Speaking to the Radio timesDaisy – who plays Anette in the film – said: ‘I loved that process because our tastes match pretty much everything.

‘I think he’s a brilliant writer and we were so clear about what we wanted to make. And we have achieved that.’

Magpie is a contemporary noir thriller that follows a couple’s turmoil when their daughter is cast alongside a controversial major star.

Daisy and Tom, who are keeping a close eye on their relationship, confirmed their marriage in January after years of speculation.

The couple have been dating since 2017 and first sparked engagement rumors when Tom was spotted wearing a ring on his wedding finger in 2019.
