Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli all joined presenters Ant and Dec in donning the red glasses often worn by their co-star as they huddled for a selfie on stage on the final night of the auditions .

When Britain’s Got Talent returned to ITV screens in April, the main judge rocked the stylish sunglasses again, but had previously insisted it had nothing to do with a ‘mystery illness’.
In February, the 64-year-old music mogul explained to some ‘concerned’ fans on Instagram that he needs them for health reasons.
Sharing a photo of himself wearing the glasses to the jury, he wrote: ‘According to the internet, I just discovered that I have a ‘mystery illness’.
‘For anyone concerned, I missed two auditions at the end of a day two weeks ago because I get migraines after long days in the movie lights.
He ended by saying: ‘Next week we’re filming BGT in Manchester – looking forward to seeing you then. P.S. That’s why I wear these glasses!’

But the talent show has still seen a marked decline in popularity over the years, with current viewing figures a far cry from its peak of 13 million in 2009.
The current series got off to a promising start last month, with overnight figures showing the launch episode attracting an average of 5 million viewers, peaking at 5.8 million.
