Better Homes and Gardens star Charlie Albone has relisted his beautiful home on the New South Wales central coast.
The 43-year-old garden expert previously listed the sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property with a price guide of between $3 million and $3.2 million in February.
Since the property didn’t go under the hammer, it is now back on the market with a price guide of $2.45 to $2.65.
The new ad now comes with a three-minute video of the couple showing off the grounds of their property.
Located in Ourimbah on 2.07 hectares, the main feature of the rural retreat is a beautiful ‘English’ style cottage, surrounded by beautifully maintained sculpted gardens.

The list shows that average house prices in Ourimbah, which is 12km from Gosford, are now $800.00.
In 2020, Charlie and his interior designer wife bought a fixer-upper in Maroubra for $2.355 million.
The serial renovators later modernized the house, just as they had done for the Ourimbah retreat, which is now up for grabs.
Charlie joined the Better Homes and Garden team in 2020 as a landscaper, replacing Jason Hodges.
