Beacher is back! Beacher’s Madhouse to make triumphant return at Netflix Is A Joke Fest after 10 year hiatus

Live theater entertainment hasn’t been the same since the curtains closed on Beacher’s Madhouse.

But after a decade off-the-grid, the celebrity-favorite variety show returns next month for three exciting back-to-back nights as part of Netflix is a joke fest.

The extravagant, invitation-only extravaganza will take place in the Roosevelt Hotel theater, home of the first Oscars and Beacher’s original show, on May 9, 10 and 11, welcoming an exclusive cadre of A-listers for an evening of performances , comedy acts, decadence and celebrity cameos.

Showman Jeff Beacher is the mind behind the visionary entertainment experience, which combines classic vaudeville with Hollywood glitz, elements of circus, cabaret and burlesque.

And after an enigmatic few years away from the marquee, he’s bringing back his truly incomparable show that pioneered the era of experiential, immersive entertainment.

Jeff Beacher and his critically acclaimed vaudeville show Beacher’s Madhouse are back at the Roosevelt Hotel after a ten-year hiatus for Netflix Is A Joke Fest

Growing up alongside icons like Paris Hilton, Beacher became the class clown during Hollywood’s pre-influencer era. Soon, the Madhouse became the place to be seen, welcoming celebrities like Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Mick Jagger, Zac Efron, Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian to see the madness.

The Netflix revival of Is A Joke Fest will see a guest list of similar stars.

“Everyone in Hollywood has been begging me to bring back the Madhouse,” Jeff Beacher told DailyMail. ‘Being a true people pleaser, I’ve teamed up with Netflix to bring the world not one, but three of the best nights of live entertainment imaginable.’

The festival is packed and opens on May 1 with headliners Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, Nate Bargatze and Sebastian Maniscalco at the Hollywood Bowl.

One of the main events is the Greatest Roast of All Time on May 5, where the one and only Tom Brady will be set on fire by host Kevin Hart, plus Beacher’s favorite comedian and best friend ‘Roastmaster General’ Jeff Ross and others.

Beacher’s buddy Ross is performing his own critically acclaimed one-man show at the Masonic Lodge of Hollywood Forever cemetery on May 9, and we’re told the company will then head to the Madhouse for opening night. The drinks will be flowing as Beacher will be exclusively pouring Kevin Hart’s premium tequila, Gran Coramino, across the three nights.

Netflix Is A Joke will also present events with big names like Seth Rogen, John Mulaney, Tom Segura, Ali Wong, Trevor Noah, Bill Burr, Hasan Minhaj, Cendric the Entertainer and many more.

Beacher’s Madhouse pushed the boundaries of live performance and featured some truly crazy antics, filling the stage each night with dozens of singers and dancers, celebrity mini-mes and of course, plenty of Beacher in the buff.

The man behind it all, Jeff Beacher, is a showbiz tour de force, dubbed “The Greatest Showman on the Strip” by Rolling Stone magazine. Known for his willingness to put himself through the wildest stunts, he has done everything from getting naked to recreating famous photoshoots of Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and David Beckham to running part of the LA Marathon.

Beacher’s visionary start began with the hugely successful New York version of The Madhouse. He then headed to Sin City in 2003, where he became the youngest headliner in Las Vegas Strip history during the show’s multi-year residency at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. In Vegas, he pulled off one of his most iconic stunts: donning his skivvies and diving into the aquarium at the MGM Grand’s Rainforest Cafe.

He took the show on the road for an 81-date cross country tour in 2008 and impressed at the Roosevelt in 2010, becoming the first headlining show at the historic LA venue. Another run at the MGM Grand began in 2014, but the grind of throwing A-list parties every night began to wear on Beacher and in 2016 he quit the live show.

To focus on his health, the showman moved to Los Angeles, where he introduced the world to his next act. During the LA era, Beacher began working intensively on his health, losing over 200 pounds in the pre-Ozempic era and coming out happier and stronger than ever.

A power player in Beverly Hills, he has masterminded countless celebrity and media collaborations, podcasts with the late Larry King and co-hosting with Kelly Osbourne, and made his mark in venture capital working on 444 Capital with Charli D’Amelio and family.

But Beacher knows that delivering world-class entertainment is his calling, and he’s proud to be back on stage after a decade out of the spotlight.

While nothing compares to experiencing the wildness firsthand, there are rumors that people will be able to get a glimpse of the madness with a feature-length documentary about Beacher, which will reportedly be released in 2026.

The next era of Beacher’s Madhouse has begun!
