And on Friday, Ayda Williams showed off a glimpse of her toned abs in a sports bra and skintight leggings while out walking the dog with a friend in London’s Holland Park.

The 43-year-old American star showed off her sleek sporty-luxe style in the brown two-piece ensemble, which she paired with a plaid shirt and khaki coat.

Ayda showed off her perfected abdomen while walking around in her sportswear and stone-colored tennis shoes.

In an attempt to keep the winter chill at bay, he donned his long plaid shirt and puffer coat, while shielding his eyes with white-rimmed sunglasses.

Ayda’s dapper friend wore heavily distressed light wash jeans with a black T-shirt and jacket.

The outing comes just weeks after Ayda admitted that her racy bedroom antics with husband Robbie Williams are now “completely dead.”

She described their bedroom as a “common workspace and sleeping area,” which she joked was “clinging to” as a sign that they’re more than just roommates in her Los Angeles mansion.

Ayda revealed that her bedroom was once a place of “physical necessity”, however she confessed that any romance has been “erased by four children”.

She explained: ‘When there was romance, when that happens, yes, there would be a communal sleeping place just out of physical necessity. But now that that’s completely dead. Four children have erased it.

Speaking on his podcast, Postcards from the Edge, he said: ‘There’s really no need to go to bed at the same time. It’s just a co-working space now.

‘I could also make the bed into a ping pong table and we could play once in a while. And then deviate to other corners to sleep.

“I think that’s what it is: It’s a small workspace.”

Ayda went on to discuss her singer husband’s troublesome sleeping habits, saying: ‘Rob snores, which didn’t happen in the early days.

‘Sometimes I hit him with my leg, I push him. Sometimes it works, but then it does it again.

“Sleep really pushes me over the edge, because there’s so little available and you know you have the kids in the morning.”

Speaking about the option of just sleeping in separate rooms or beds, she said: “I have some girlfriends who do this, they say ‘they just sleep in a different room’.”

“But then I’m like, ‘Gosh, so we’re officially just roommates, we could (also) be brother and sister.” But I don’t know what’s going on at the time.’

Like I’m holding on by a thread with this common place to sleep.
