Tennis great Ash Barty has spent a whopping $4 million on a lavish waterfront holiday home in Queensland.
Located in Palm Beach, 20km from the Gold Coast, the new pad will take up the entire half floor of a new apartment building called the Kloud, which is still under construction.
Built for resort-style living, Ash’s four-bedroom, three-bathroom features incredible ocean views and the latest in chic design.
The 27-year-old world champion will use the spread as a lock-and-leave holiday home, reports the Courier mail.
Highlights include a beautiful private balcony that serves as an entertainment terrace.

Meanwhile, the Kloud complex will consist of 23 apartments in a 12-storey tower, with the building due to be completed in 2025.

It comes after Ash recently missed out on another Queensland pad tagged as her ‘dream home’.
The glorious waterfront estate in Tweed Heads went under the hammer in January for a whopping $9.45 million.

Ash had his eye on the trophy but passed it up before a buyer in Melbourne snapped it up, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Built just meters from the beach, the complex is the size of three normal blocks and was originally purchased in 2011 for just $3.15 million.
It comes after Ash and her husband Garry Kissick welcomed their son Hayden in July.
The Queensland native married her boyfriend in 2022 in a private ceremony at an undisclosed location in Queensland.

She met her husband in 2016 at Brooklands Golf Club in Queensland during a round of golf, and they have been together ever since.
Ash sensationally retired from tennis at the peak of her powers after her watershed Australian Open in January 2022 and has dismissed suggestions she could return to professional sport in the future.
