Designed with a spacious open plan layout, the apartment also features European oak floors, a kitchen with breakfast bar and natural stone finishes.

There is also a spectacular master bedroom with an elegant bathroom with a double shower, bath and double sink.

Measuring 200 square meters, the apartment also features high ceilings and walls of glass that open out to the ocean, allowing you to make the most of the water views.

Meanwhile, the Kloud complex will consist of 23 apartments in a 12-storey tower, with the building due to be completed in 2025.

Features in the block include a swimming pool, wet terrace and sunbeds and social area with barbecue.

It comes after Ash recently missed out on another Queensland pad tagged as her ‘dream home’.

The glorious waterfront estate in Tweed Heads went under the hammer in January for a whopping $9.45 million.

Ash had his eye on the trophy but passed it up before a buyer in Melbourne snapped it up, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Built just meters from the beach, the complex is the size of three normal blocks and was originally purchased in 2011 for just $3.15 million.

It comes after Ash and her husband Garry Kissick welcomed their son Hayden in July.

The Queensland native married her boyfriend in 2022 in a private ceremony at an undisclosed location in Queensland.
