Anthony Albanese brutally burns coalition after they complained he called them the ‘No-alition’ in parliament

- They complained and he mocked them for calling them the “wah ambulance.”
- Mr Albanese also raised eyebrows for mispronouncing the island of Kiribati
Anthony Albanese has mocked the opposition for complaining that he had given them a mean nickname in parliament – saying they were the ‘wah-ambulance’.
The prime minister was given an easy question about climate change policy by his own party and called the coalition the ‘No-alition’ for opposing it.
“Not only are they determined to say no to everything and become a ‘no-alition’, they also say no to their own policies,” he said in Question Time on Tuesday.
The opposition benches immediately went into an uproar over his remark and Paul Fletcher rose to object in a point of order.

Speaker Milton Dick anticipated what Mr Fletcher was going to complain about and asked Mr Albanese to use the coalition’s real name.
‘The wah-ambulance rushed there,” the prime minister said in response to the objection.
Mr Albanese has regularly referred to the coalition as the Noalitie, both inside and outside parliament, since coining it earlier this year, but is usually undetected for it.
The prime minister also raised eyebrows when he mispronounced the name of the Pacific island nation of Kiribati several times in parliament.
“How good is our relationship if you can’t say the name of the country?” a Liberal Party backbencher turned and said to Alex Hawke and Scott Morrison.
The two sit next to each other in the ‘naughty corner’ of the House of Representatives and rarely interfere in the debate.
