Allison Langdon was spotted wearing a knee brace as she went for coffee in Sydney on Thursday, three years after a horrific TV accident sent her into emergency surgery.
The 45-year-old television host appears to still be dealing with complications related to a knee injury she suffered while filming Today in 2021.
In February that year, the A Current Affair host underwent extensive surgery following a hydrofoil accident while filming a water sports segment on the Gold Coast.
Three years later, the injury continues to bother Allison, but she doesn’t seem to let it hold her back as she was seen pushing multitasking to the limit.
Allison juggled two cups of coffee in one hand while talking on the phone with the other while supporting her injured knee with a gray brace.
For her sunny stroll, she opted for all-black athleisure attire, donning cycling shorts and running shorts over them.

Allison tied a jacket around her waist and then threw on a simple black T-shirt as she hid her eyes behind a pair of brown sunglasses.
Allison stepped into a pair of comfy sneakers, opting to go makeup-free for a day and pulling her bronde locks away from her face.
It is not the first time that the TV presenter has put on her knee brace in recent months.
The TV veteran was spotted running errands twice in April.
Allison was pulled from the water by her life jacket after her accident in 2021, when two male rescuers jumped in to help her.
She was taken to hospital where she was treated and flew back to Sydney for surgery on her knee.
The Nine presenter spoke about her ‘terrible’ injuries to Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa in 2022.
When asked how her knee felt now, she said, “It’s okay, it’s still very painful.”

Allison then went on to describe the horrific injury she suffered in the accident.
She said, ‘I broke the leg, I did the kneecap, I did the ligaments. I shattered the kneecap, broke the leg, did the PCL, the meniscus… Broke the tibia.”
The TV presenter returned to the Today show in March 2021, wearing a large brace over her knee and using a wheelchair and crutches to get around.
Since then she has had regular sessions with a physiotherapist and now hosts A Current Affair after switching from Today.
It is unclear how permanent the damage to Allison’s knee is now.
