The 43-year-old actress claims that several horse-related influencers have made false claims about the horses at her sanctuary called Moon Mountain — including claims that she forced the animals to drink dirty water, that she starved the horses and that she even killed newborn Arabian horses
However, she claims that when she posted promotional photos on social media, users made a coordinated attempt to stop her brand deals.
She claims that several horse influencers have made false claims about the horses at her Moon Mountain sanctuary.
According to Olivieri, they allegedly forced the animals to drink dirty water, assisted in the starvation of the horses and even killed newborn Arabian horses.
The actress emphasizes in the lawsuit that her campaign with Dickies fell through because of the allegations and that this also had consequences for other potential brand partnerships.
In general, horse influencers claim that Moon Mountain’s methods have led to many dead horses, as Don insists those claims are not legitimate.
According to TMZ, Olivieri claims she has personally contacted the suspects, but they refuse to stop making the allegations.
The actress has therefore filed a lawsuit, because she allegedly damaged her reputation and the deals with her brands.
Additionally, Olivieri has filed a lawsuit alleging other allegations, including cyberstalking and trespassing.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the actress alleges that several individuals made false statements about her in order to damage her partnerships with outside organizations and companies, as Olivieri (seen in November 2022) claims that one of those potential partnerships was with workwear giant Dickies, as she had pitched a campaign with the company.

Olivieri plays two characters in the Yellowstone universe, including Sarah Atwood in the flagship.
She also plays Claire Dutton in the Paramount+ series 1883, which tells the origin story of the franchise.
