A beauty trend that sees moms-to-be wear a full face during labor has been revived after The Hills star. heidi montag shared a TikTok video showing her putting on makeup during the recent arrival of her second child.

The 36-year-old reality star even hired a professional makeup artist to make sure she looked good while pushing, uploading a clip of her birthing beauty session to TikTok.

The video has been viewed more than six million times since it was uploaded last November and viewers have left a host of amusing and appreciative comments.

‘I love this. She looked like the girl from the Exorcist including the green vomit,” one person wrote.

Her glam look includes false eyelashes, bright pink eyeshadow, and a dark lip color.

As DailyMail.com exclusively reported, Heidi also had a make-up session at the hospital for the birth of her first child in 2017.

“I just wanted to be camera ready,” she said at the time.

And it seems a bevy of other moms-to-be have followed in her footsteps, contouring between contractions and powdering as they push.

Numerous TikTok videos and Instagram posts show moms-to-be getting familiar with their cosmetic bags while wearing hospital gowns.
