A woman who became a weight loss coach after losing 120 pounds naturally has revealed the three-ingredient meal she eats every day.
Meredith Hutson, 28, from Texas, has almost 673,000 followers on TikTok, where she talks about her incredible physical transformation after going from 256 pounds to 136 pounds in two years.
The content creator, who uses the handle @_getfitwithmerstarted her weight loss journey after getting engaged in August 2019 and struggling to find a wedding dress that suited her.
Hutson lost 50 pounds before her wedding in November 2020, and she lost another 70 pounds in the months that followed by tracking her macros and calories, and strength training.

In a recent video, she explained that people ask her all the time, “Meredith, what did you eat to lose 100 pounds?” What were you eating?’
She couldn’t help but laugh at the question as she dug into one of her favorite meals.
“Listen, would you eat what I would eat?” she asked. “Because I’m eating ground beef right now.”
The weight loss coach explained that her bowl was filled with twenty ounces of ground beef and half a can of black beans, sprinkled with cheese – that was it.
Hutson noted that she ate the high-protein meal every day, but she wasn’t sure if others would be fans of it.
“Would you like to eat that?” she asked. ‘Like I’m actually very curious.
‘Not only am I eating this, but I’ve been eating this every day for a good two weeks. I like it, but it’s not extravagant at all.’
Hutson’s video has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and has received nearly 3,500 comments since it was published.

Hutson wondered if people would want to eat what she eats, but many viewers thought her three-ingredient meal looked delicious.
The fitness guru may have been surprised to discover how many people were fans of the simple three-ingredient meal.
‘Yes, I eat it every week because I love it. Not even to lose weight. It’s just okay,” one fan commented.
‘I would! But I have a family to cook for and they’d be like, girl… what is this,” someone else joked.
“This is exactly what I say to people (people). I eat boring and the same things over and over so don’t ask me lol,” another added.
Others shared how meals like these have helped them on their own weight-loss journey.
