Flight attendant reveals what your choice of travel outfit REALLY says about you – as she weighs in on the WORST ensembles plane passengers can wear

Traveling can be incredibly stressful at the best of times, but one flight attendant has now added another element to worry about: choosing your airplane outfit.

Flight attendant Cher Killoughfrom Dallas, Texas, is going viral on TikTok for revealing the assumptions she and her colleagues make about passengers based entirely on their choice of ensemble.

Cher shared her fashion analysis and titled her video: What I Assume About You Based on the Outfit You Wear on the Plane, From a Five-Year-Old Flight Attendant.

The content creator then went on to analyze a number of different outfits, while also sharing a range of advice on which fashion choices are best avoided on any flight, no matter how comfortable they may seem.

First, she delved into her thoughts on some of the most common outfits she sees worn on planes, starting with the ultra-popular Lululemon Scuba sweatshirt ($118), which she said makes the wearer “a high school student or someone’s fiancée.” is. ‘

“Ladies, if you’re single, get one because I swear this girl always has a huge rock on her finger,” she joked.

Cher then said that the person who wears a “sundress with flat sandals is always a mom who has organic snacks in her purse — you know her pantry is always stocked and she’s as crunchy as can be.”

‘If you’re wearing a lounge romper, I’m guessing you haven’t really thought about it because that top is going to end up on the urine-soaked floor of the toilet.

“If you’re wearing jeans or bike shorts, I’m guessing you don’t realize how many diapers are being changed in those seats, and you probably wouldn’t care anyway,” she announced.

‘Wide leg joggers are always accompanied by the [$2,030] Louis Vuitton Neverfull or the [$2,200] Goyard bag, and you really are that girl,” Cher continued.

“Sweatpants with cuffs, you just care about comfort, and that’s okay!” Cher announced – but if you want to go all out for comfort and still say chic, it’s possible.

Commenters were quick to share their thoughts on their favorite airplane outfits.

“I’m rolling onto the plane in my Adam Sandler-inspired fits,” one commenter joked.

Other commenters shared their own traveling ensembles, including “yoga pants, a tank top and a zip-up hoodie” and “closed-toe pants and shoes ALWAYS.”

Many agreed with Cher’s assessment, as one wrote: “Not that I only wore a Lulu scuba once and it was on my way to get married.”

“I’m a jeans and sweatshirt girl because it’s always freezing on planes,” someone else insisted.

However, some took issue with the flight attendants’ opinions, especially when she talked about their favorite flying outfits.

“I always wear a romper, never touch the floor… who lets their clothes fall all the way to the floor in public?” someone asked.

“I’m professional about bundling my garment in the bathroom so nothing touches the floor because it’s by far the most comfortable thing I own,” one woman responded.

Others thought flying was their time to shine: “I always get fully dressed. That aisle is a fucking runway.”
