The TV presenter, 34, slipped into a Dolce & Gabbana halterneck and a vibrant green thigh-high split sarong.
She showed off her toned abs and long legs in the sexy beachwear as she posed up a storm on the tropical island.
Vick, who recently celebrated Arielle Free and George Pritchard’s wedding in Ibiza with husband Calvin Harris last week, appears to have extended her sunny holiday on the island.
The beauty shared some candid snaps as she fed the chickens and couldn’t wipe the smile off her face.

Vick and Calvin looked happier than ever at a friend’s wedding on The White Isle last week.
The presenter stunned in canary yellow as she and her husband attended BBC Radio 1 DJ Arielle’s wedding to George.
Vick looked sensational in her statement dress, which featured a subtle draped neckline and a sexy thigh-high slit, while Calvin rocked a navy blue suit with a light gray T-shirt and white trainers.
It comes after Vick revealed she is a big fan of her husband Calvin Harris’ ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift.
DJ Calvin, 40, and pop star Taylor, 34, dated for 15 months between 2015 and 2016.
And EDM artist Calvin’s wife Vick, whom he married last year, says she listens to Taylor’s music when he’s not home.
She said on her BBC Radio 1 show Going Home with Vick, Katie and Jamie on Monday that the moment Calvin ‘leaves’ she puts on Taylor’s hits, waiting for him to leave, while she is aware of his past relationship with the American star .
Vick’s co-host Katie Thistleton read messages from listeners about what they like to do when their partners are not around.

Vick said, “As soon as my husband leaves, I listen to Taylor Swift. That’s just when I get my little fill – just a little fill’ (Taylor pictured during her Eras Tour in Arlington, Texas last March)
When Katie read that one listener enjoyed listening to “all the songs he hates while I dance,” she said, “That’s good. You can listen to all the music he hates when he’s out of the house.”
At that point, Vick announced that she was listening to Taylor’s songs while Calvin was away.
She said: ‘As soon as my husband leaves, I listen to Taylor Swift. That’s exactly when I get my fill, just a little fill.”
She added, “Just a few more songs, get it out of my system and then it’s done.”
