Vanessa Hudgens was a vision in black as she stepped onto the red carpet at the world premiere of her new movie Downtown Owl.
The 34-year-old actress was all smiles as she took to the red carpet at New York City’s SVA Theater on Thursday night.
She was joined by writer-director Hamish Linklater, co-director/star Lily Rabe and David Harbor on the red carpet.
Hudgens — who made headlines late last month for performing Jennifer Lopez’s I’m Real’ with fiancée Cole Tucker — stepped out in a one-of-a-kind charcoal gray cashmere bell-sleeve dress from the Michael Kors Fall/Winter 2023 collection.
The low-cut dress had cutouts on both sides with long oversized sleeves, with the dress falling to her ankles.

She accessorized with gold earrings and three gold necklaces with tiny gold pendants.
The actress completed her look in black heels for the red carpet event on Thursday night, the second night of the Tribeca Film Festival.
Downtown Owl is an adaptation of Chuck Klosterman’s novel of the same name that was published in 2008 and marked his first completely fictional book.
Set in the fictional town of Owl, North Dakota, the story follows three characters in the small town leading up to a massive snow storm.
Hudgens stars alongside Lily Rabe, Jack Dylan Grazer, Ed Harris, Henry Golding and Finn Wittrock.
The film will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on Thursday, but it is not yet known whether the film has already been distributed or whether another festival is running.
Hudgens also posed hand-in-hand with her co-star Lily Rabe, who opted for a lacy black dress and black platform shoes.
Like Hudgens’ dress, Rabe’s black dress also had cutouts on the sides, but more towards the back of the dress.
