Onlyfans model Sofia Lips27, from Manchester has spent more than £500,000 on extreme surgery, causing her pout to grow bigger every two months.
Now the influencer has spent a further £10,000 on her third breast operation in a bid to get as big as possible.
By sharing her latest transformation on Instagram, she has gained over 27,300 adoring followers eager to follow her journey.

‘This is my third boob job, in a few years I will go even bigger with expanders. I have also had a rhinoplasty, a hair transplant, liposuction and a BBL.
Despite her latest procedure, Sofia has no plans to stop her recovery journey.
‘I stopped counting (how much filler I have) years ago because of my extreme appearance, but I make sure I return regularly for fillers and sometimes fill them myself.
‘I don’t really think about procedures and rarely have any concerns. For now, my breasts are perfect and are already bringing in tons of money.”
