Chilling new footage shows masked gunmen ramming their vehicle into a prison van before opening fire and killing two guards, then freeing a narco boss called ‘The Fly’ in a brutal two-minute ambush at a French toll booth.
The deadly attack took place just after 11am on the A154 motorway near the Incarville toll booth, located in the town of Val-de-Reuil, Normandy, northern France.
At least two French officers were shot in the ambush in which the attackers and 30-year-old prisoner Mohammed Amra managed to flee the scene on foot.
Now new footage is circulating on social media of the moment a black car crashed into the front of a white police truck before several black-clad armed gunmen appeared to surround the vehicle with their weapons raised.
The attackers can be seen firing at the French police van before someone opened a door in an apparent attempt to free the prisoner holed up inside.

An explosion is seen, giving the attackers and the freed prisoner cover to run and escape the scene
The masked group holds their ground as other vehicles are seen driving by as the altercation turns into a more violent and bloody scenario.
A number of officers eventually climb out of their vehicles as the gunfire continues.
The attackers are seen surrounding the van, weapons in hand, before appearing to slide open a door and releasing the detainee through the back.
After just a few seconds, the released prisoner and the attackers are seen running out of frame before the footage ends.
Another video circulating on social media from a witness on board a bus near the A13 toll road shows panicked passengers screaming as gunshots are fired in the background.
“Gunshots rang out and there was great panic on board from the bus, a car is on fire,” the passenger wrote.
A confused traveler is heard asking, “What’s going on?” before another declares, “They’re shooting.”
As the confusion continues to grow, passengers wonder if it is the police making the racket, or if there is something more sinister.
“No, it’s not the police,” said one, to which another bus driver replied: “Oh f***.”
The escaped prisoner, reportedly nicknamed ‘La Mouche’ (the fly), was transported between the towns of Rouen and Evreux in Normandy before the massacre unfolded.
Amra’s last conviction was for burglary, and he also has a previous conviction for attempted murder.
A police source reports this Le Parisien that he was ‘the head of a narcotics network’ in France and therefore considered enormously dangerous.

The prisoner, Mohammed Amra, reportedly nicknamed ‘La Mouche’ (the fly), was transported between the towns of Rouen and Evreux in Normandy before the massacre occurred.
The French publication also reported that Mohammed had tried to escape from his cell just two days before Tuesday’s escape.
He was reportedly placed in solitary confinement and his supervision level increased to ‘Escort 3’.
Amra, who had a total of 13 convictions, was under “special surveillance” but was not considered radicalized or a terrorism suspect, said Éric Dupond-Moretti, France’s justice minister.
At the time of the attack, Amra was on his way from Évreux prison to court for a hearing that would have been made public. This would have made the route relatively easy to work out.
Prosecutors from the National Jurisdiction for the Fight against Organized Crime (JUNALCO) have opened an investigation into “murder and attempted murder by an organized gang” – crimes punishable by life in prison.

They are also investigating “escape in an organized gang,” “acquisition and possession of weapons of war” and “criminal association with the intent to commit a crime,” Moretti said.
Laure Beccuau, the Paris prosecutor, confirmed that Amera had previously been charged by Marseille’s specialized inter-regional jurisdiction (JIRS) with “kidnapping and seizure resulting in death.”
The two slain guards were identified as agents of the Regional Center for Judicial Extractions (PREJ), based in Caen, without their names being released.
One was a 21-year-old widowed father of two, and the other an expectant father whose wife was five months pregnant.
Moretti said the injured guards were all in “life-threatening” condition.
He added: ‘All my thoughts are with the victims, their families and their colleagues.’
The inmate and gang members initially escaped in two cars: an Audi A5 and a BMW 5 Series.
According to local reports, the white Audi A5 was found on fire in nearby Vatteville, Eure.

A local police source said: ‘The ambush took place at the toll booth in Incarville on the A154. It is believed that Kalashnikovs were used.
‘Three prison guards are believed dead, and three others seriously injured.
“An inmate known for cases related to drug trafficking escaped with a gang of approximately four men.”
Alexandre Rassaërt, chairman of the Eure Departmental Council, which covers Vale-de-Reuil, said: ‘I was frozen with horror when I heard of the real massacre that took place at the Incarville toll booth.
“I sincerely hope that the gang of murderers who carried out this bloody attack are quickly arrested.
“All my thoughts go out to the families of the service officers. prison that supervised the prisoners and who were killed or seriously injured in this attack, which did not give them a chance.
“I also think of all the guards of the prison administration who guard prisoners every day at the risk of their lives.”
French President Emmanuel Macron also spoke out after the horror bus attack.
“This morning’s attack, which claimed the lives of prison administration officers, is a shock to all of us,” he wrote on X.
“The Nation stands with the families, the injured and their colleagues,” Emmanuel Macron continued.
“Every effort is being made to find the perpetrators of this crime so that justice can be done in the name of the French people. We will be persistent.’
After the ambush, the road was closed by the police for an ‘indefinite period’, reports Bison Futé.
Images posted online show emergency services gathering at the toll booth this morning.
A fire truck was also filmed stopping just meters away from the chaotic scene.
The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, announced on X that a plan had been launched to locate the refugees.
‘All resources are being used to find these criminals. On my instructions, several hundred police officers and gendarmes are being mobilized,” he said.
Deputy Mayor of the Vendée, Veronique Besse, expressed her ‘shock’ at the incident via X, formerly Twitter.
“I am deeply shocked and saddened by the scene of war against a prison administration convoy in #Incarville, which claimed the lives of several officers,” she wrote.
“Every day, unspeakable acts of barbarism hit our country, much to the indifference of our leaders. “I extend my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones affected.”
