Trump speculates red spots on his hand were where AI was: Ex-president says he hasn’t seen photos of his fingers and insists there was nothing wrong

Donald Trump said mysterious red spots recently noticed on his hand could be the result of “AI.”

DailyMail.com caught the former president leaving Trump Tower two weeks ago with the stains on his hands.

On Wednesday, Trump was asked at an event in Washington whether he had seen the photos, but he said he had not.

He was then asked what was wrong with his hand, and raised his right hand before a reporter clarified that they were talking about his left hand.

When asked what happened to the hand, the former president said, “Nothing. Maybe it was AI.”

At the time the red spots appeared, Trump was on his way to court to see E. Jean Carroll testify in a defamation case in New York.

That resulted in an $83 million judgment against him.

Representatives later said the red marks were the result of paper cuts, and that Trump had then smeared blood on his hand.

The figures sparked a wave of speculation on social media.

Theories include that it was red ink from top secret documents.

Others speculated that, due to the ex-president’s love of fast food, it was ketchup.

Hours after the photos were taken, Trump reappeared showing no signs of the mysterious red spots, and there were no other signs of injury.
