Trump indictment decision postponed AGAIN as Manhattan Grand Jury’s weighty indictments take a ‘scheduled one-month hiatus’
- After multiple delays, Manhattan’s DA’s Office announced a “planned hiatus.”
- It is the latest delay after weeks of back-and-forth and political sparring
- Many say DA Alvin Bragg has no case and the investigation is malignant
The Manhattan grand jury deciding whether or not to indict former President Donald Trump will pause for another month in the latest delay in the ongoing legal saga.
Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg had referred the case to a grand jury earlier this month in hopes of indicting Trump for campaign finance violations.
They must investigate whether Trump broke the law when his lawyer Michael Cohen gave $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about claims she slept with Trump in 2016.

Trump has denied having any knowledge of the payments.
Earlier this month, he predicted his own arrest, sending New York City into a frenzy of security barricades, bollards and fears over protests similar to those on Jan. 6.
But almost two weeks later Trump is unharmed.
Today, Politics reports that the grand jury will not hear evidence for another month.
It’s part of a “planned break,” according to Politico’s sources.
Trump has yet to respond to the latest delay, but previously praised the grand jurors, who have not yet indicted him.
The grand jury normally meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
But they don’t meet today and tomorrow they hear details of another case.
They also won’t hear evidence on Trump’s case tomorrow, then the jury will go on a scheduled “break” that has been scheduled since January.
Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has been widely criticized for his handling of the case. Many say it has no legs and is driven by its own political hatred of Trump
