Trump makes wild claim Biden is going to do COCAINE before the CNN debate as he doubles down on demands for a drug test

Former President Donald Trump floated a wild theory on Tuesday — that President Joe Biden would start using cocaine to get “pumped up” for next week’s presidential debate.

Trump addressed supporters at a rally in Racine, Wisconsin, on Tuesday when he asked whether any of them planned to join next week’s debate.

On June 27, CNN will host the first of two planned general election debates on the Atlanta network, headquartered with Trump and Biden, after the campaigns worked out debate logistics last month. In both 2020 and 2024, Trump called on Biden to undergo drug testing, but those demands were ignored.

“He’ll be so excited, he’ll be so excited,” Trump said of Biden. “You know all that stuff that was missing from the White House about a month ago? What happened?’ Trump asked.

“Somebody didn’t pick up hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cocaine,” the former president continued. ‘I wonder who that could have been. Don’t know. Actually, I think it was Joe.”

DailyMail.com was the first outlet to publish photos of the bag of cocaine found in the White House last July, while the Bidens were away at Camp David ahead of the Fourth of July holiday

Trump was likely referring to the cocaine discovered in a White House cubicle nearly a year ago.

On July 2, 2023, a bag of cocaine was found in lockers where both staff and guests left their phones.

The discovery occurred when Biden and his family — including son Hunter — were at Camp David ahead of the Fourth of July holiday.

In November, DailyMail.com was the first to report on the photos of the bag of cocaine, provided by the Secret Service in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

The discovery led to an evacuation of the West Wing and the closure of streets around the White House, then sparked an 11-day investigation after the substance was identified as the illegal drug.

The Secret Service closed the investigation in less than two weeks due to a “lack of evidence.”

The list of suspects was narrowed to 500, but security footage failed to identify the owner because the cameras were not pointed at the locker. It is unclear whether any suspects were interviewed during the short investigation.

Some Trump allies suggested that President Joe Biden’s spirited performance during this year’s State of the Union address was due to him taking charge

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s response to questions about whether the cocaine could belong to a Biden came in the form of pointing out that they were not at home.

Hunter Biden has a long, documented history of drug use — and was convicted last week on three federal weapons charges after lying about his sobriety when he bought a gun in 2018.

Some Republicans blamed Hunter for the cocaine discovered without evidence in the White House.

At the time, Trump was running the drug bag on both Joe and Hunter.

Trump allies also mused that the president was on a higher level after his spirited performance at this year’s State of the Union.

‘Sometimes it became uncomfortable to see him shouting and. shouting and rushing through that speech,” said Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity. ‘The AP affectionately called it ‘spicy’. I guess that’s one way to describe it. Tonight America saw, shall we say, a very different Joe Biden.”

“I might call him ‘Jacked-Up Joe,’” Hannity continued, according to Mediaiet. ”And that is charity. He sounded like a hypercaffeinated, angry, old man.”

During a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt in April, Trump claimed Biden was “higher than a kite” at the State of the Union address.

There is no evidence that Biden has ever used drugs.

Neither he nor Trump drink alcohol.
