Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce had to have the post office stop delivering mail to his Midwestern home after his address was published last year by people sending him items from around the world.
Kelce revealed his newfound fame on the latest episode of ‘New Heights’ as Taylor Swift’s boyfriend brought unprecedented attention into his life while changes emerged around him.
One such example of paparazzi en masse surrounded his former home, prompting Kelce to move to an upscale gated community in a Kansas City suburb midway through last season.
The move moved Kelce from the Briarcliff West neighborhood on the Missouri side of Kansas City to Leawood, Kansas.
Since purchasing his new $6 million gated home, with possible visits during vacations from Swift himself, Kelce has not commented on whether mail is coming to his residence again or if he has had to deal with paparazzi at his home .
Kelce explained how he stopped mail from coming to his house late last year
Swift and Kelce have been dating since September and have a lot of public interest surrounding them
“The one thing you don’t realize when someone posts your house online is that now everyone has your address and people are just sending things to your house, so I literally stopped getting mail to my house,” Kelce said on his podcast.
“I literally had to tell the post office and everyone stops bringing stuff to my house… Anything sent to my house gets sent straight back to sender, so anyone just sending random things to my house, it doesn’t affect me,” Kelce continued.

Earlier this week, Kelce signed a new two-year contract with the Chiefs, making him the highest-paid tight end in the league.
Swift and Kelce appear to still be going strong after attending Patrick Mahomes’ 15 and Mahomies Foundation gala together last weekend.
And while dating Swift, Kelce’s blossoming celebrity profile has returned every time the couple has been spotted together in public since last September.
