Trans porn star Emma Rose has revealed that she flushed her testicles ‘like a goldfish’ down the toilet after being surgically neutered.
The American adult entertainer, 26, who is also a rising star on social media, shared graphic details about her procedure on the Pillowtalk podcast earlier this month.
Emma, who transitioned from male to female at age 21, had no choice but to get rid of her unwanted testicles because she couldn’t take them with her on her flight home.

‘I’m neutered! I couldn’t fly them because they’re biohazardous waste, so I flushed them down the toilet like a goldfish,” she said.
Emma explained that she was “awake” during the procedure when a surgeon inserted a needle into each testicle before removing them.
‘I’m lying there. Imagine you’re lying down and they take this thick needle in every ball… They do one ball, then the other ball, then [cut] the cord,” she said.
Emma, who switched at age 21, told the Pillowtalk podcast she had no choice but to get rid of her unwanted testicles because she couldn’t take them with her on her flight home.
