Trans actress Tommy Dorfman is spotted out grabbing a coffee in NYC after accusing Delta airline worker of misgendering her in viral clip

Trans actress Tommy Dorfman was spotted on a coffee run in New York after a video of her accusing a Delta Airlines employee of approaching her the wrong way went viral.

The 13 Reasons Why star looked casual and stylish during her outing, wearing loose jeans, a red sweater and black boots as she wrapped up in a duffel bag. She accessorized with a beanie and chic sunglasses.

The filmmaker, who is friends with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, was waiting to board a flight to Atlanta when she claims she was “intentionally” misled by two Delta employees at LaGuardia Airport last week.

Video shows the 31-year-old standing in front of a male Delta employee, who initially calls her a woman before correcting himself and calling her “he.”

At one point, the unnamed employee tells the TV star that he can remove her from the airport.

“If you want to continue, I have full authority to escort you out of the building if you want to play that game with me,” he says.

The video was posted to TikTok and later deleted. Dorfman initially captioned the video, “I didn't realize it was condescending to point out a human rights violation after another employee persistently misnamed me.”

Dorfman even deleted the comments from all of her TikTok videos after the incident blew up online.

Delta said it was “aware” of the video and was investigating the incident. DailyMail.com has contacted Dorfman for comment.

In the video, Dorfman berates the employee for calling her a “he.”

“You just did me wrong again,” Dorfman says in the video. “Several times, both of you.”

The Delta employee remains unfazed, responding that his use of pronouns was on purpose: “It was intentional, but if you want to take it personally. That's no problem.'

Dorfman then claims that his female colleague “did it twice on purpose,” which is contradicted by an off-camera woman.

“You said he and then you said she,” Dorfman adds, addressing the man again.

The employee then tells the actress that she is being “condescending.”

“If you want to continue, I have full authority to escort you out of the building if you want to play that game with me,” he says.

'Would you like to continue three days before Christmas? I really don't mind.'

Dorfman then sighs and puts the camera down.
