Top Gear bosses have reportedly delayed filming on new episodes of the show while host Freddie Flintoff recovers.
The 45-year-old former England cricketer was airlifted to hospital with facial injuries and broken ribs after a collision at Dunsfold airfield in Surrey while filming the car show on December 13.
It was previously reported that filming had been temporarily put on hold while it recovered, but now there appears to be even more uncertainty as to when the show will return.
Freddie’s son Corey also recently confirmed to MailOnline that the presenter is “fine” after the success, but “lucky to be alive”.
And with the show’s producers awaiting his recovery, they are said to have emailed collaborators to let them know they don’t know when filming will resume.
