Tony Armstrong has introduced a new look after quitting ABC Breakfast last month.
The former sports presenter, 35, revealed on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday that his hair had grown back.
After a buzzcut during his final weeks on ABC’s breakfast show, Tony has returned to his wild curls.
About the image of himself making a funny face, the presenter wrote ‘completely normal things’.
It comes as Tony’s new ABC gig has been unveiled, less than a month after calling time on breakfast television.
Television tonight has reported that the presenter will co-host the 50th anniversary special of classical music show Countdown with Myf Warhurst.
‘Countdown 50 Years On’ airs on Saturday, November 16 at 7.30pm and looks to bring the music of the ’70s and ’80s back to Australian television screens.
Tony and Myf will organize an evening full of music including old school acts such as Daryl Braithwaite, Joe Camilleri, Kate Ceberano, GANGgajang, Marcia Hines, Grace Knight, Russell Morris, Leo Sayer and Ross Wilson.

Newer artists such as Electric Fields, Kate Miller-Heidke, Nooky, Regurgitator and Katy Steele will also perform contemporary twists on classic Countdown hits.
The 90-minute special event will feature behind-the-scenes stories and interviews from Countdown’s original 13-year series, with never-before-seen archive footage and exciting live performances.
ABC Radio will also celebrate its 50th anniversary next month.

“ABC Radio is bringing Countdown In Your Town to Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Newcastle throughout November,” the broadcaster announced.
‘In addition to ABC Radio’s favorite presenters, the live events will feature bands playing iconic hits from the Countdown era.’
‘Across the country, ABC Radio will broadcast Countdown’s Top 20 Greatest Moments on Saturday, November 9 at 6pm AEDT.
‘Hosted by ABC Radio Sydney’s James Valentine, the broadcast celebrates some of the show’s most iconic moments, from Whispering Jack and the Material Girl to ABBA, Iggy Pop and more.’
