Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz were spotted filming season 11 of Vanderpump Rules in Los Angeles, California, on Friday.
Before the scene, the duo, co-owners of the restaurant and bar Schwartz and Sandy’s, were seen arriving at a house with a “For Sale” sign in the front yard.
As they entered the premises, Schwartz looked relaxed as he walked with one hand over his olive green pants, which he paired with a black t-shirt.
His business partner and old friend wore a black mesh shirt, jeans and his infamous lightning bolt necklace.
While it’s unclear if both were house hunting, Sandoval is currently looking for a new place to live as he’s still living with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix five months after she ended their nine-year relationship over his infidelity.

Earlier this week, Madix defended her choice to continue living under the same roof as Sandoval’s ex, working with an “attorney and financial advisers to find the best way forward” without “uprooting” herself, her dog and her older cat ‘.
In response to Bethenny Frankel criticizing her for not moving yet, Madix explained that she wouldn’t be “fooled” by making hasty decisions.
“I’ve never been one who came from money. I know how quickly that goes away,” she said on the podcast Scheananigans With Scheana Shay. “I take care of myself.”
The TV personality went on to say that she is “not rich” and has a mortgage and other burdens.
“A lot of people on the internet seem to think I’m currently bringing in money. I have a lot of places that money has to go before I get it,” she continued.
Despite living with Sandoval, the actress made it clear that she keeps their interactions to a minimum.
“I have a pretty decent setup,” she said. “My room is a bit like my little apartment… I stay in my own little zone.”
In addition, Madix said she keeps her door “locked just in case” and sleeps more easily at night and doesn’t worry if he comes through the door.

The former couple bought a five-bedroom home together in 2019 for just over $2 million.
She previously told Andy Cohen that she “avoids collisions at all costs” while he sleeps in the guest bedroom.
“It’s big enough that we don’t have to see each other,” she said. “I’m in the master bedroom. If you go upstairs, it’s on the left. And if you go upstairs, all the way to the right, that’s the guest room. That’s where he resides. We are communicating with a third party,” she told the LA Times earlier this year.
On why she doesn’t rent an Airbnb or stay in a hotel, she said she “can’t afford that” and that she already pays 50 percent of the mortgage each month.
