Tom Brady shares sneak peak of luxurious pool and backyard oasis as construction on $17m Miami mega-mansion nears completion: ‘Home is where the heart is’

NFL legend Tom Brady gave fans a sneak peek into the garden of his new luxury mansion as he unwinded at home on Sunday afternoon.

The former quarterback shared a photo of his beautiful Miami home to his Instagram Story with the caption, “Home is where the heart is.”

The seven-time Super Bowl winner appeared to have taken the photo from an open-plan living room, with the doors leading outside pulled back completely to reveal the glistening pool in the backyard.

Patio furniture and lounge chairs lined Brady’s beautiful South Florida oasis.

It looks like Brady is already relaxing in the property as work on the new Miami mansion nears completion.

Construction is almost complete on the $17 million home in the Indian Creek Island community

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen bought the property together in 2020 – before the couple split two years later

He recently expanded his $17 million Miami mansion, with the former Patriots and Bucs quarterback installing a private dock, pickleball court and even a vegetable garden, new photos showed earlier this week.

Brady and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen bought the house together four years ago and the property is finally nearing completion – nine months after DailyMail.com published exclusive photos of the ongoing construction.

In the time since, Brady’s home on Indian Creek Island has changed quite a bit, with several amenities added to the massive home.

New photos earlier this week showed that Brady is having his own dock built on the water, not far from his home.

Additionally, the seven-time Super Bowl winner has built a pickleball court, with basketball hoops on both sides.

And right next to the courtyard are vegetable gardens, most of which still need to be filled with soil.

One photo showed construction work apparently at the back of the house.

Otherwise, aerial photos of the house suggested it is almost completely complete, with the house right on the water in a private Miami neighborhood.

The former couple wanted to build a forever home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children, John Edward, Benjamin and Vivian, 10 years old.

The island – less than half a square kilometer in size – has been a magnet for billionaires, celebrities and power couples who seek it out for its privacy and security.

Indian Creek Island is also called ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’ due to the large number of celebrities and high-rollers in the area, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The island is only accessible via a bridge manned by a security guard and offers 24-hour security on land, air and sea.

The 300-acre island is occupied by just 34 estates with an average value of $20 million.

DailyMail.com previously revealed that the quarterback, reportedly worth well over $500 million, did not invest anything in purchasing the property, opting instead to take out a mortgage for the full amount plus the option to borrow an additional $17 million to borrow.
