Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen will file their divorce papers on Friday, weeks after the couple’s bitter breakup.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner and supermodel have reached a settlement detailing their ownership split and custody terms upon ending their 13-year union, TMZ reports.

Brady and Bundchen have three children together, Jack, 15; Benjamin, 12; and Vivian, nine. They also share a $17 million mansion in Miami, as well as a $3.6 million apartment in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood.

The couple also reportedly owns properties in Montana and Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.

Sources told the outlet that lawyers for both Brady and Bundchen have worked out the details in the divorce settlement, which will remain confidential and sealed as it is filed in Florida.

It comes as Brady suffered his first consecutive three-game loss in 20 years after returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a decision that reportedly led to their split.
