Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle is being charged with allegedly sending death threats to his ex-wife who was dropped after she refused to cooperate
Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle has been able to put one of his legal problems behind him.
The 32-year-old — whose father is in federal prison serving a 12-year sentence — is no longer charged in Georgia for allegedly threatening his estranged wife’s life.
The charges were dropped because Kyle’s estranged wife, Alexus, is no longer cooperating with prosecutors, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The DeKalb County District Attorney told the outlet, “After further investigation, review of the evidence and consultation with the victim, based on all facts and circumstances, our office declined to prosecute the case.”
The accusations have hung over his head for years.

When Todd’s son Kyle with his first wife, Teresa Terry, was arrested in 2019 on drug charges in Oklahoma, investigators found he was also wanted in Georgia for allegedly sending threatening text messages to his wife.
The notes reportedly read: “[N]not until I terminate you. I’m going to the streets, I’ll do my best and solve this problem with you, because if I’m not with you, no one will be. Bye Alexus.’
She then replied ‘that is a threat to my life’.
Kyle reportedly replied, “yeah: Lexi it was.” Bye.’
Alexus also reportedly showed them a photo of Kyle pointing a gun at his head.
Kyle told TMZ that he is relieved that the charges have been dropped and that he can “put that part of my life behind me for good.”
However, he continues to face assault charges in Smyrna, Tennessee, following a reported altercation with his former boss in which he allegedly threatened him with a knife.
Kyle is the father of Chloe Chrisley, 11, who is now being raised by her aunt Savannah, 25, while Todd, 54, and his wife Julie are serving prison terms for tax evasion and bank fraud.
Julie was sentenced to seven years behind bars. Both reported to their respective prisons in January.
Savannah also has custody of her younger brother Grayson, 17.
Family: Kyle is the father of Chloe Chrisley, 11. The girl moved in with her grandparents in 2016 after Kyle lost custody due to his struggle with drugs. Her mother was also arrested that year on Medicaid fraud charges. She is now trying to regain custody of her daughter

Chloe moved in with her grandparents in 2016. Her mother, Angela Johnson, who was arrested that same year for allegedly filing a false application for Medicaid aid, has said she will seek custody back.
Kyle was not a big part of the Chrisley Knows Best reality show due to his struggles with drugs.
His siblings Savannah and Chase, 26, shared it In contact in August 2021 he was ‘clean and sober’.
Kyle claimed in a December 2022 Instagram post that he was misdiagnosed as bipolar and that the medication he was on was causing “depression and outbursts.”
