Tilly Ramsay showed off her abs in blue Lycra gym clothes as she enjoyed a grueling Pilates session on Wednesday.

Gordon Ramsay’s 24-year-old daughter switched up her usual running regimen for a low-impact workout.

The aspiring chef ended her morning with a sauna and steam room at the ALO Wellness Club in London.

She showed off her incredible figure in ALO’s £120 workout gear with the brand’s black and white socks.

Tilly shares her passion for fitness and food on Instagram with videos of her exercise regime and cooking.

She completed her first-ever London Marathon earlier this year, completing the 26.2-mile race in four hours and one minute.

In October last year, Tilly beat both her father Gordon and mother Tana in the Iron Man after completing the 70.3 mile course.

Gordon revealed he plans to go into business with daughter Tilly one day after she was left ‘impressed’ by standing on her own two feet during culinary school training.

The celebrity chef, 59, a proud father of six with wife Tana, said Tilly ‘has really good taste’ and would love to do a ‘father-daughter duo’.

Speaking to the Daily Mail at the launch of his new Krude olive oil, Gordon stressed that ‘business is tough today’ but Tilly is worth ‘investing in’ after proving she can stand on her own two feet.

He said: ‘Tilly is finally following in my footsteps, one of my six would like to join in, I have a police officer, commander, fashionista, Tills is finally on the road.

‘She even took part in the blind taste test with the Krude olive oil, she has very good taste.’

When asked if he would ever consider working with budding chef Tilly, who trained at the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, Gordon said: “A father-daughter duo, it’s a tricky one to be honest.

‘Business is difficult today, you feel it everywhere. It’s a clever concept, but yes, I would consider investing in her.

‘I was impressed with her graduating from university, but to be honest I felt sad.

“I think on the one hand I was sad, but on the other hand incredibly respectful, because she wanted to be taught by someone else.

“I made it clear to the kids around the restaurants on the first day that they couldn’t imagine walking in there and getting started.

“They have to climb that five-meter, ten-meter sign and earn their way. Even if it’s a kick in the ass, I’ll accept it.’

Elsewhere at the lavish Krude launch party, Tilly told the Daily Mail she enjoyed sharing a passion with her father and is ‘grateful for his support’.

She said: ‘It’s really lovely to follow in his footsteps when you have a shared passion with someone, it may go one way or another but it’s really beautiful and we bounce off each other.

‘He’s great at advice in so many ways, and so is mum, who is also a passionate foodie. I am fortunate to be able to talk to them about what I do and my plans for the future, and I am grateful for their support.”

The former Strictly star added: ‘Food brings us together as a family and we have shared great times around the dining table at home and we are very happy.’
