They are being forced to win the 2024 election at the ballot box – not in court.

Of course, this is what it’s all about. The left believes that only they can defeat Trump, and by any means necessary – whether that be through the courts, state governments, Russian collusion investigations or Pink Pussy Hat marches.
But to date, all attempts – whether legally justified or not – have failed completely.

A new Bloomberg/Morning Consult survey found that Trump is now beating Uncle Joe in every major swing state: Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina and Michigan.
In this week’s New York Times/Siena College poll, Trump was five points ahead of President Orthopedic Shoes. Three in four voters think the country is going in the wrong direction. And more than twice as many people say Biden’s policies have hurt them than say they think it has helped them.
Perhaps most stunning of all is that a whopping 73 percent of registered voters say Biden is “simply too old to be an effective president.”
