The Block’s front man Keith Schleiger was less than impressed with rookie Blockheads on the show on Tuesday.
The star, who is known to be blunt on the show, berated the contestants, saying they rely too heavily on himself and fellow foreman Dan Reilly.
Keith broke up with Queensland couple Lean and Ash after they asked his opinion on their work on their home.
“Keith was there this morning. This week I said, “We’re going to get on top of it. We’re going to ask him every step of the way,” Leah explained.
“I said to Keith, ‘How do you feel about the tile touching the wood?’ He…just cracked it.”

Keith focused on Leah, whom he chastised for asking the question.
‘It has nothing to do with structure. What’s happening right now is Dan and I are betting every piece for every contestant. It’s not the way we do it. You build according to the regulations and then we inspect,’ he told her.
“But we hold every builder’s hand for every piece that goes into it. It’s not fair. You need to start building, and then we need to start inspecting what you’re building.’
Leah explained that she thought it was “the dummy” on his part.
Turning to Leah after a question, Keith said, “That has nothing to do with structure. What’s happening right now is Dan and I are betting every piece for every contestant. It’s not the way we do it. You build regulations, then we inspect’
“I asked him one question, and he gave me so much tude,” Leah said. “He spat the doll.”
It comes after Leah and Ash drew fans’ ire on Monday, after meeting Scott Cam after being accused of “gossiping.”
It all started when Scott said he teamed up with contestants Steph and Gian and said they were “confident.”
Leah, who has clashed with contestant Steph throughout the competition, agrees, adding, “Oh yeah, I think she’s confident in absolutely everyone’s style.”
“We hold every builder’s hand for every piece that goes in. It’s not fair. You need to start building, and then we need to start inspecting what you’re building,” he said
Intrigued by this remark, the presenter then asked, ‘Really? Tell me more!’
Then things got a bit annoying, when Ash replied, “She’s got an acquired taste, Steph.” She’s like a (edited) cocktail.’
Leah then said the five other couples in the competition are “strange.”
‘This is the thing. We’re down a rabbit hole, you have five strange couples – and I don’t mean strangers, I just mean strange – and we all live together. You can’t all be best friends, she said.
Scott laughed at the couple’s comments about the other contestants, adding, “This is fantastic, I love the gossip.”
Viewers were disappointed when Monday’s meeting with Leah and Ash turned into a ‘gossip session’ about the other contestants – and it appeared to be fueled by the presenter (all pictured)

However, he informed Leah and Ash that he would not pass their comments on to the other couples, saying, “And what happens at the Scotty dinner stays with the Scotty dinner.”
Many viewers took to social media to share their disgust at Scotty urging the couple on.
One person wrote, “I was actually ashamed of him! He sounded petty and pathetic.’
While another said: ‘I had some respect for Scotty…but it’s gone out the window. he’s sold his soul to the ratings… why bother with Ash and Leah’s bullying!’
