House 1
Mrs. Stolz loves Tom and Sarah-Jane’s home workspace and fireplace.
“No one would be disappointed with a quick close if you could tuck yourself in here,” she said of the vast space, which is filled with natural light.
The functionality of the house appealed to Ms Stolz, with the fireplace in the center of the living and kitchen areas acting as a ‘beautiful’ and ‘subtle zone’ in between.

House 2
Rachel and Ryan’s cozy home impressed Mrs. Stolz with its ‘uber stylish and luxurious’ polished concrete look.
She said the underfloor heating was a nice touch to “take the edge off the coolness” and make the house warmer.
The couple’s decision to use blackbutt wood panels on the ceiling rather than the floor was “extremely odd,” yet a “master stitch” for buyers.

House 3
The sheer size of Ankur and Sharon’s property caught Ms Stolz’s attention.
The ‘amazing bones’ make for ‘generous spaces’, which look opulent and luxurious as the house sits atop a hill with views ‘stretching for days’.
She said the house is “large” and “proud,” and believes the vaulted ceilings and windows, which overlook the natural surroundings, will impress buyers.

House 4
Mrs. Stolz predicts that the simple pleasures in Dylan and Jenny’s property will be enough to sell well above the reserve price.
She said the deck, which looks huge on television, is even bigger in real life with a “seamless” flow from the interior.
Of all the wallpaper in each house, she preferred the “beautiful and soothing animal field” in house 4.

Finally, Omar and Oz impressed Ms. Stolz with a “feature you never knew you wanted or needed.”
She applauded their practical application of the dog bath in the wash before turning her attention to their kitchen.
Ms Stolz said their sink is the ‘best I’ve ever seen’ and thinks the ‘super-sized’ window opening onto the entertainment area is a nice touch.

Across the board, Ms Stolz thinks the homes’ biggest selling point is their location in the Macedon Ranges.
“These houses are all ahead of their time in the sense that they are all completely off-grid,” she said.
